Pathways started in June 2009 with seven students as an outgrowth of the Community of Friends Ministry of Kirk of the Hills. The need was apparent in the Tulsa area for more programs to support adults with developmental disabilities. After countless phone calls and questions from the community regarding programs for individuals beyond high school, the idea of Pathways was formed. In 2013 Pathways became its own 501c3 nonprofit. Pathways currently serves 53 students and plans to serve many more.
